I ordered a dehumidifier to the tune of $365. It was a unit with an automatic drain pump. The attachment on the tubing arrived broken, so I was unable to connect the drain hose. Y ou can not get anyone on the phone, only recordings. They ask you to leave your number, stating that they will call you back. They don't. I have e-mailed several times also. I got a response by someone finally... they said they would send out a replacement part. Later, I got a response saying they don't send out replacement parts and that the whole unit would have to be returned and would I be aggreable to that. They said if I agreed they would contact FedEx to come pick it up. I agreed and asked when FedEx would be picking it up. I have not heard from them since. I have worked so hard on this. It is so time consuming and frustrating. I will never order anything from them again. Meanwhile, they have my money and I have a dehumidifier that I can't run. What is the world coming to anyway?
