I placed an order for a party and paid for next day shipping and only half of the order arrived. I logged into the site which stated the other portion would arrive 1 week later. I contacted customer service to cancel the delayed order. I was advised that bc it was a "future" order, it could not be canceled and it's not eligible for a refund. After being denied being able to speak to anyone else, I elected to have someone call me - no one did. No help, no refund and no more of my business.
