I ordered my prepaid card a month back. It was supposed to be arrived on 22nd August as it was the last day they estimated. But I have not got any sound from them pertaining this. I called their customer service. Though it took a lot of my bucks via phone call as I am from outside US. Trying to be funny lol! :D But its actually worth calling them. I found them very helpful & gentle. They actually care for you & are on their way to fix my issue immediately. Cant recommend them enough!
