After 1 month since i issued reclamation and contacting with the support ( 1 reply every week) and investigating with me they say "we are unable to determine that the seller is responsible for the loss of access to your account. " very very bad support and non can help me they also ignored my pm in facebook. I dont know really what to do.

I paid 350$ and no refund till now. Never going to buy in this website.
