I'm seller on this site with 200+ feedback.
I'm selling something every day on this site.
Some of my buyer filed a dispute case against me and my disbursements was held.
I have contacted buyer and we solved the problem. Now support just ignore me and don't want to pay my money. I have 50+ orders with status "pending" and haven't received money from about half year.

* PlayerAuctions attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Hi Omerak,

I'm sorry you feel ignored by Support. Let me see what I can do for you. It sounds like your orders have to be manually disbursed due to some open cases where buyers have reported game account reclamation. The best thing I can recommend is to address this issue first, so that there will be no issues moving forward. Can you send me a private message with your PlayerAuctions username, and the Order IDs of your pending disbursements?
