My co-worker ordered a delivery for Mother's Day. The product was terrible. The berries were a third of the size they typically are; we just received some others in our office about two months ago and they were the correct size and decorated properly.
I have listened to her speak to your corporate office for twenty minutes just trying to get someone to understand the dissatisfaction with the product and to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee ("or we will make it right"). The agent at first refused to assist, then offered a partial refund. After more hold time and requesting a supervisor, she was finally told they would give her a refund for the full amount.
The customer service is terrible. The product was not worth the cost. The shipping costs more than the product because of the need to ship with ice packs. Now you've lost at least two customers and of course, the five other people we will tell, and the five they will tell... Will not recommend.
