I purchased a Yakima rooftop rack for my son's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The high quality item arrived on time as advertised and in excellent condition. We installed it today with no complications. Etrailer provided very useful installation videos which helped to interpret the written instructions. This is the third rooftop rack I have purchased from etrailer. My experiences from all three purchases were very similar.

Reason I chose this business:

I chose etrailer because of positive prior experiences. Selecting the correct product was easy from the website. Online videos showed what the installation consisted of. Prices were reasonable.
