My delivery was scheduled for June 16 before 2 since the funeral home closed at 5pm. The viewing and showing was June 17th, 12-2. To ensure the flowers got there on time, I chose Friday. Called the funeral to confirm if they got them at 4pm and they didn't. Ava's customer service finally after 5 calls explain that the florist could have gotten the service date from the funeral home and changed my date to Saturday. I don't understand how the florist can change my delivery date and it's allowed without checking with the customer. I paid for those flowers to be delivered a day before because we were doing something with them. Then it was marked as delivered at 6:40 even though they confirmed that it would be delivered this morning. They reassigned it and assured me it would make it. It was 10 am for a 12pm viewing/funeral. The funeral has passed, no delivery. Spoke with customer service and they had the nerve to say it's going to be delivered Monday. To who? The service was today. I've been dismissed and this was so disappointing. I wasn't able to make it to the funeral but I wanted my flowers there. There was a meaning behind it. Order #*******
