Ordered a week ahead of Mother's Day. Was expecting a morning delivery with a $20 delivery charge but it's now 1 o'clock and was told by an operator it will be here by the end of the day. Thanks we now need to wait around for an order or have a melted mess to come home to. Way to be such a great business of professionals who are all about customer service.
