Under no circumstances whatsoever have anything to do with this company. When they have your debit / credit card details you are likely to be subscribed to motoring clubs, book clubs and more which you do not want. If you have ordered from this company cancel the debit / credit card you gave them now. There is no easy way to contact them to cancel contracts they have signed you up to without your permission or knowledge. Contact your bank and ensure that they have a block on any payments to EasyLife and their other names like Perx or Perks. Also put a block on their phone numbers. If they continue to contact you then use the Protection From Harassment Act 1997 to stop them.

From what I have seen in numerous reviews on line, Easy Life WILL share your details with other companies, keep your personal data and payment details in their system. My mother did not consent to her details being shared with any company whatsoever. The first she knew of a problem was when a load of books she did not want arrived on a Saturday lunchtime, with a note telling her that she was enrolled in a book club. She was allowed a 14 day cooling off period, which would be fine except the books arrived on the 12th day of the trial period, after the Post Office had closed so it was impossible to return the books within the trial period. Also payment had been taken from her bank account without her permission for books she did not want and did not order. Nice! Numerous calls to Easy Life requesting cancellation of the membership went unanswered.

I wrote a letter requesting that they delete my mother's details from their system and a warning that if they ever mailed her, took money from her bank account or tried to take money from her account or otherwise tried to contact her, that they would then be liable to legal action being taken against them.

Life was fine for about 10 days and then another Easy Life catalogue arrived... I e mailed them and basically said get lost, that we did not want to hear anything more from this company.

Funny how I and my mother have no longer heard anything more from Easy Life.

Basically NEVER order from Easy Life, DO NOT EVER give them any payment details, if they continue to contact you, contact a solicitor, issue a cease and desist order against them. If all else fails use protection From Harassment Act 1997. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS.

Tip for consumers:
AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY USE YOUR CARD DETAILS TO SUBSCRIBE YOU TO CLUBS AND PRODUCTS YOU HAVE NOT ORDERED & DO NOT WANT
