Everything started very well and i was pleased. I paid for each service they offered to me even the fast trac system for additional fees that was approved by the us patent office so i wouldn't have to wait 12 months. Patent examiner rejected my utility patent why offer that service if your going to automatically get rejected. That was a waste money. So i paid additional fees to appeal the patent that almost 2 months i havent heard back from Howard or jay. I have sent emails with no response. I tried to look up the patent pending application on the us patent website and it doesn't exist or even give a patent pending status. It has cost me everything i have to trust this firm i live low income and i am disabled since birth so gathering funds was very difficult. I guess we will wait and see. It's hard to trust people from another state.
Stan, we're working on the response arguments to the patent office and it's on track to be ready before the due date to respond. Your patent attorney will call you Monday to go over everything and answer all your questions, but rest assured everything is on track and in progress.
