Placed order beginning of september 2021 for Holley 0-8007 carburetor(yes it was on long term back order, however they did not disclose item was on backorder when they took my money); after multiple times/communications and promises the item would be, it finally was back in stock(per Holley website)8 months later; after waiting 8+ months, i figured now it's back in stock and should have shortly; Nope! Almost 3 weeks later and about a half dozen email/promises it would be shipped this week... WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I don't know if customer service is a 'bot', but replies were about the same and they NEVER answered specific questions posed to them regarding the product and how/who was actually shipping item(drop-ship or direct from MBGRAM; At this point, I was reading online review(yes, i should have done prior to ordering) and the bad review(several) had the same theme as mine: 'yah, your item will ship this week' and the item NEVER DID; Now I have requested a refund on my 8+ month long order wait... the reviews warn they are awful at getting your refund back on your credit card(could take months+ and possible having to file dispute w/CC company). PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND SEE THE CHEAP PRICES AND THINK 'I COULD SAVE $'s ORDERING FROM THEM' and wind up in the same boat as me and others... PAID FOR PRODUCT AND NO PRODUCT-RUN DELIVERED / GET THE RUN AROUND!
