My Mum called and ordered a plastic table off this lot for £20. Her credit card statement came and the amount they took was for £68. She had been enrolled in their Rewards Club just like lots of others on here were. She didn't ask for that service and called them twice to ask for a refund. Each time she was told they would refund the £48, each time nothing happened. My Mum, who is 94 and needs help to get about, has now had to make a special trip to her bank to sort out getting her money back as this company won't do it. I called them and they just hid behind the Data Protection Act even though I didn't need any information about my Mum or her order, and wouldn't discuss anything to do with the refund with me. If you order from this company you will have services you didn't ask for added to your bill and one impossible time trying to get a refund. Check the similar reviews from other customers of theirs on here.
