Their website was down and had to call customer service. They outsource their CS to a foreign country and I couldn't understand the first rep and had to hang up. Called back and the next rep spoke better English. I was on the phone for 30 minutes spelling everything and selecting items. Once we got to the end of the call and the order was placed they said they wouldn't be able to deliver on the day requested. I wasted 30 minutes with a person that barely understood what I was saying to be told they couldn't deliver. If the website works for you, great. Pray you don't ever have to talk to their customer service.
