Is this a scam. I was told by BT I had won this free gift and only had to pay postage. Now I read online that I will be charged more. I would advise not to do this as I work for Fraud Dept at Bank.

I don't know if it is technically fraud under your laws but yYou are aware this is a review website and has nothing to do with the ecigsbrand company, right?

Hi, it's old history for me now. As I remembered, the gift is a real gift but they will send and charge new refill not so long after the gift. From this point you will try to call them with no success. After that you will receive periodically other refills. I don't know if it's a fraud but it's surely missing information in their advertising (no mention of periodic refills, just tell about free test). If it's a fraud, maybe the company is closed now. The only way to stop is you have to change your visa card for them don't have access to your account. I also sent them an email too.
