Perhaps the most appalling customer service experience I have ever had. To start, the phone line to call in for MAC Cosmetics does not provide options that are helpful and it is really hard to speak to someone live. I have wasted HOURS of my time over the course of the last 2+ weeks trying to get a resolution to an issue. Something horrible happened to me as a direct result of being lied to by not one but two different customer service agents. When I got in touch in to rectify the problem, instead of helping me I was actually lied to two more times. Unsure why anyone thinks this is an acceptable way to treat anyone, let alone a paying customer, but I certainly won't be supporting MAC any longer moving forward.
