SCAM. Lost my inventories worth $800 without taking responsibility. Owner "Jet" took advantage of me as I am a young woman.

1) This is the worst feeling, to be taken advantage of because I trusted him. So this person "Jet", I guess he thinks that I am just a young minority woman and I can't speak perfect English, that's why he took advantage of me like this:

The owner "Jet" asked me to talk to him via Wechat (instead of using his official email address for our communication) after he lost my 16 inventory items, he promised me to partial refund me on the shipping fee I've paid for that 16 items, but it turns out he just wanted to wait until 60 days from the date I paid him (as the legal minimum time limit for filing a credit card chargeback in the United States is 60 days). I trusted him, so I waited for the partial refund. After the 60 days, he just said he never promised to partial refund me and won't do it.

I feel used and exploited by this man called "Jet" from America-Ship Texas.

I am not sure where can I seek help, probably nobody can, but I just want to write this review to let you know the truth of what had happened. Please BEWARE.

Details:
1) Dec 5,2021. I've paid this website $ 89.01 (Transaction ID: *******), to ship 47 units of my inventory, but then they lost 16 units.
2) Jan 3,2022. The owner "Jet" promised to partial refund me the shipping fee of the 16 lost units (see attachment for our conversation proof)
3) Feb 21,2022. I emailed the owner "Jet Li" a final notice via email, he said he never promised to partial refund me. He refused to take any responsibility, refused to partial refund the transportation fee I paid him for that 16 lost items.

Tip for consumers:
SCAM. Beware!
1) They don't take any responsibility package is lost.
2) When they lost your package, they will ask you to wait for the partial refund for the shipping fee. Then 60 days later, you lost your right to back-charge from your credit card company, and they tell you they never promise to partial refund you the shipping fee, even they lost all your inventories.

-SUMMARY: No accountability for the mistake they made, which caused me to lose my inventory and shipping freight money, all went down the drain. SHIPPERS BEWARE, do Not trust anything they said, even if they told you a product can be shipped, and turns out it's not the case, and your package got detained in customs, they will not take any responsibility for the misinformation. They will Not compensate you for the lost inventory Nor shipping money.
- DETAILS:
1) I've asked Planet Express specifically whether a product (beauty / oral care) can be shipped to Mexico before I shipped it, I even sent them a link on amazon, their staff said yes, so I sent it to them, supposed to arrive in Mexico within a week.
2) 2 weeks after, package not delivered, they said because of the delay in custom and asked me to wait.
3) 3 weeks after I sent out the package, I asked them again, they said that the package cannot go thru, because Mexico customs need a health license for the product, and now they cannot have the package returned to me, as Fedex has already informed the sender (Planet Express) 2 weeks ago about this, now it's passed the deadline of requesting the package to be returned to me. The package must be abandoned.
4) I've requested Planet Express to pay me back my inventory cost and shipping cost, they refused to do it. So I lost all my inventory money and the shipping money I've paid them, which is more than 200 USD.
- CONCLUSION: Planet Express is a company that will Not take any responsibility for the mistakes they've made. The mistake they've made could cost you to Lose your package and the shipping freight money you paid them. They don't care whether your shipment will arrive or not. If the package doesn't arrive safely, that's your problem, not theirs, they know you won't take this to a small claim court if the money you lost is just a couple hundred dollars. This is way too short sighted as a company. They made a mistake and you paid for the full price of their mistake. Based on my experience above, I Do Not trust this company. Zero Star.
