I was asked to ship my macbook with aramex, they generated waybill but never physically handed over the shipment to aramex, when I filled the claim for lost package, they said aramex is reponsible for claim and delay is from there side, but in reality they never received the package. This happened on Feb 25, today is July 13, whenever I chat, one rude representative name Chan comes and talk very rudely.
Even I said many times, refund me or I will give bad reviews but Chan talked me very rudely and said do what you can do
