That answer from their employees is fictitious. They do not correct price after you order. Returns are not free. Orders cannot be corrected or cancelled.
Also, being in the Zappos.com family, they know good and well that network changes update in real time for legal purposes. Oh, and most all the software suites operate on that model. So when adding to the cart, the page refreshes. A price change would show. They also fail to update quantities until one is checking out often.
This site is a joke.

The change in price might be due to sales tax. They advertise "free shipping" on their website but depending on your location sales tax might increase the cost of your purchase.

Also, this is part of an email I received that might put your uncertainty of doing business with them or not at ease...

In the meantime, you are welcome to place your order for the price listed in the shopping cart. Just email us with your order number after it has been placed and we will refund the applicable difference in the sale price back to your credit card."

I, personally, do not like to pay more for an item than necessary. And don't like hassles when I choose to invest in things. That is why I read and find out as much information necessary before making a purchase.

Hi Mohan, That happens sometimes when a sale has ended and they didn't update the site. What I do is call the 800 number, and I nicely explain the situation. They will sometimes honor the lower price because the really seem to appreciate their customers. Good luck! Plz let me know what happens. Joni
