I live in Illinois. This State does not have a requirement to be a contractor to install HVAC equipment. I do have a Universal Refrigeration license and install equipment. If I purchase a furnace and A/C from you will I be able to qualify for the 10 year warranty that is offered by Goodman?

I had a great experience with them on my order during December 2010. I was told that the company was bought in November 2010 by a General Contractor who has been in business in Central Florida for 20 years. I researched that company and they had a A+ rating with the Central Florida BBB. I was very happy with their customer service and attention. Received my Rheem straight cool complete system 3 days after I ordered it. That's awesome to me!

Thanks for the note. I did order a system and it did come as promised but it took 30 days to arrive. Several calls to the company went unanwered. I guess I would order from them again if there was no hurry.

That Charlie B is almost certainly a company employee (probably the owner) and that is a fake comment. Their BBB rating is an F not A+. They are probably hoping we just take their word for it. This company is the worst!

I AM one of the new owners of this company as of Nov. 19,2010. It is very sad to see competitor's, in my opinion, write such nasty but more importantly false statements. Since our purchase of this domain name we have had great success and have worked hard to overcome the few customers that were financially hurt by the previous owner of the domain name. I am a GC here in the Orlando area and have a A+ rating with the local BBB. My company, Cafe Homes, Inc., was formed in 1991 and incorporated in early 1992. I am a licensed General and Building Contractor as well as a Real Estate Broker from way back in the late 80's. I will defend any slander whatsoever of my company's name and reputation. Please feel free to call our office to speak with any of our customer service folks who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have as well as steer you towards our local BBB for ACCURATE information.

I looked up acoverstock.com on the BBB and they came up with a clean slate. I suggest people do their own research. This company has NO bad complaints against them unlike some of the others out there. Check it out!
