There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.

I have got burnt with Aliexpress. EBay has a far better customer service and buyer protection. Keep away from Aliexpress.

I donot know about hair but I think most of the products get shipped to the customer it might not be the quality described or look like the quality in the picture some customers have got no product because of a false shipping number by the reviews I see pecentage wise I think that is a low percentage. This site you need to have a 99 cent store or swapmeet mantality where you looking to buy something cheap of good quality.If you shop at this place like Walmart or Target or Macys or amazon that is when you are going to get burned. I personally like there replica Gold $20 dollar and $10 dollar gold pieces and superbowl rings and championship rings, there loose synthetic rubies, saphires, emeralds, there lavender oils ect, there bicycle lights. People have told me you can get $1000 I phones for $387, jordache jeansair jordan shoes, guccui handbags with serial number. There are a lot of things I would not buy on this site because if you didnt like it you could never take it back because of the cost of shipping it back. I woul not buy something expensive on this sight because the reviewers might not be that good what product did they compare it to how long did they have it how different sellers did they buy it from to compare the quality of the product.The prices I see on some of there products are so high and there return policy is no good pretty much as long as you recieved the product you cannot return it because of the expense of shipping from china and also mailing back to the United States. Never put there app on your computer or labtop they bombard you with advertisments like if you had malware on your computer and it will leave your computer open for malware attacks.If youcan use this site with caution and almost predict how good of quality item you are going to get you will do alright on this site.

As everyone has already said, don't even bother with their customer service, they will only waste your time. If you have any issues with your order, contact your credit card company as soon as possible. Best of luck :)

I can vouch for Mocha hair as I have bought hair from them twice on ali express. They have always been prompt in response to any email or text.

The size won' fit, quality is poor, and you will never return and able to get your money back. Suggest eat it then give to them for a parcel of rubbist
