on 11/1/15You can open dispute only during the time period is given as "shipping" time or guarantee period which is usually from 45 to 60 days depended the seller. After this time you can not open any dispute and you loose your money. You should never leave that period expire if you want to make a dispute. Otherwise you should ask aliexpress for that problem and wait their answer. Try other options at the dispute menu because you may choose a wrong option and dispute can not be submitted. I made many disputes but I did not face such problem. Have a good luck. I hope everything works fine to you
I'm in the middle of asimilar thing. I would say let both your bank and the better business bureau know about your situation. Their sellers are still telling me nonsense. I recently informed my bank and the BBB about my case. My bank gave me this form and as for BBB its an ongoing case.
As others suggest, try a different browser first in case it's software issue. If that doesn't work, they have an online chat system which is the only way I've been able to communicate with aliexpress. In my case however, the whole experience has been disappointing. Maybe you'll have better luck but I wouldn't hope for much.
No I always open a dispute and communicate with the seller I have not had a problem I couldn't. But one time seller wouldn't refund the money because he said that I did not open dispute and I just don't remember that I did not open it is because I always do. I did not get the refund because the issue was closed. You get an order and you submit all the documents required
Yes, sounds like the seller may have closed the dispute. Once they close you can't re open and the seller keeps the funds. If you used a credit card Or debit card I would would suggest to call yiur bank or cc to open a disputed. I they wifi string you a long until the dispute times passes leaving you with no product and no refund. The seller could have easily issued you a credit back but apparently chose not to- they want to keep your money. Sorry to hear your going thru this issue
Aliexpress is a cheating place, they won't allow to load your picture and complaint except take order, it happen to me before. They can advise you to ship back the products to the seller at your own cost, if you are VERY VERY LUCKY and by mercy of God, may be your poor money will return or forever gone, they are a place of thief and wolf
Tom, sorry to hear about your concern, you will be lucky if you get any resolution. When I had a dispute I got only 10% of my money back. Luckily for me the amount was not much but the seller from Ali was rude and inconsiderate. Like Mr. Ivan V. I never ordered anything from them ever, after this incident. PLEASE BEWARE SIR and Pursue your concern. Regards
I've done disputes before with no issue and Aliexpress has informed me of suspicious seller and gave me a refund (proactively) once too. I'm not sure why you cannot submit so maybe try another browser or shortening your inquiry as others suggest above. Also, whoever mentioned the BBB - you realize that isn't a government organization and they have no authority right? Companies can choose to pay to join the BBB and if they want a good rating they may try to resolve issues, but many companies are not members at all. It's about like threatening to leave a bad Yelp review...
The one person might be right on opening a different browser and also when they pull that stuff, it' hard but check whole site to report him or her. They make it tough for sure. Copy paste all, store #, his company, address and tons of info they want and then try to report. You have so many days that you can report someone or open a case. See if you can find that on there also. Go into his store to get all info you need on that store address and all plus do the credit card reporting on him;/her. I sometimes lucked out and was able to get a few fired but it was a battle. If you get mad enough you will fight to the end like I did. They don't expect that. Really slick robbers they are. Good luck.
