 Even if you had called on the same day to do cancellation you would have never had the opportunity to speak to anyone in the call center. They put you on hold to listen to music and then a prompt will ask you to leave a message... That no one will return. Not offering cancellations works in their favor. They will ship items out so that you have no other choice but to do return and be stuck with store credit. As you read other reviews you will notice that when AMIClubwear responds they all read pretty much the same. Sort of robotic. I just wish I had read the reviews before I went on the website. Lesson definitely learned.
