Why have I been ripped off by Ancestry after many years of being a customer. I bought the update to the tree last year but now cannot do a search

My disappearing tree. Why do people keep disappearing from my tree. Also photo's taken off. Absolutely fed up with putting people back on.

whats this bull---- that ancestry is forcing members to try their US discovery and World explorer by blocking their seach unless you try their product
