They will rip you off go to the better business Bureau and read about them
It's a one-time purchase outfit. Once they have your money they're done with you. I am elderly and disabled. Paid to have my antenna installed, but some of the parts to connect to TV are missing. So, I am screwed.

If you guys are supposed to ship same day GUARANTEED, then why don't I have shipping/ tracking info yet? I have NOT seen or heard anything positive yet! You text me a random computer generated message, and when you finally answer live, you BLOCK my #! That is SERIOUSLY BAD BUSINESS! Obviously, you're making a killing and don't care about your customers as you preach on your website, because I have yet to see anything convincing!
