It's easy to install and I get many channels for free. Some are Vietnamese, some Spanish, some Korean, the rest in English. High Definition on channels being transmitted that way. Some good movie channels I have never seen before with good content. You can't lose!

Was a little unsure at first when thinking about purchasing this antenna. However, am glad we did. Very impressed on the channels we now receive. Beats paying a ridiculously high monthly cable bill for sure!

Good service Good product Amazing reception Free shipping Very Pleased. Have used other antennas that required aiming. This one picks up everything in every direction. Installation was super easy with no adjustment necessary. Clear picture Clear sound. Much less expensive than a cable or satellite bill, just install it and enjoy. Have already recommended it to friends and relatives.

Arrived quickly, easy to install. I can get 45 channels in the very rural area where I live. I called customer service to ask about how the splitter works, they offered expert information. This antenna will allow me to cut my monthly TV viewing bill by 60%. I like it so much I'm getting another one for my mother-in-law.

So far I have been very pleased. I live in an area that has hills on 3 sides and lots of trees. There is also a communication tower about 1/2 of a mile away. I am within 35 miles of all the transmission towers, and the reception can sill be sketchy at times. But considering I could get next to nothing with a decent indoor antenna, I'm satisfied. I'm also using a Channel Master preamplifier.

Purchased this for use at a remote hunting camp in the north wood. Was receiving some stations using a window antenna with amplifier, but very inconsistent. This antenna worked immediately with easy installation as advertised. Has held the signal, and increased our stations input to all 12 stations available in our area. I broke off a fitting in error, during installation, and after emailing the people supplying this( Antenna Deals), received an immediate response and problem solved by their efficient replacement at no cost to me. Cannot say enough good things about the great price, the product and the customer care team. Excellent!

Ordered my HD-2605 Ultra Antenna took six days to arrive vice the 2-3 day delivery as advertised. I was a little concerned with how flimsy it looked but went ahead and installed it. My old antenna could get 20 channels that faded in and out when the wind blew hard. I have say I am both pleasantly pleased and satisfied I now receive 38 channels with no distortion. WOW impressive.

Lava HD-468 antenna arrived two days in perfect condition after I placed the order. I am using a splitter to send signals to two TVs with excellent results; both picture and closed-captions are very clear when the antenna is properly aligned with where the signals are broadcast from. The seller has been very responsive to my emails - often within minutes of my sending them. As for the product itself, it could do without the bright LED indicators that light up the whole room.

Did much research regarding antennas and came across Antenna deals. Ordered, was shipped fast. I installed and with no problems received 58 clear channels better than my dish network. Total cost to install was less than one month of dish. This antenna setup will save $2,300 a year. I have many friends that want to see what the results are. I would definitely recommend to any one who wants to cut the cord of cable or dish.

My credit card was billed and seven days later still no delivery of antenna. I have mailed and called customer service several times with no response. Go somewhere else and stay away from this company.

After five months, the indoor antenna reception is very spotty. I only get CBS and FOX on a regular basis. I live 18 miles from NYC, so reception should be near perfect. I recently found out from a cable installer that the digital indoor antennas only work well if you have some elevation where you live. I bought one for my Dad's house a little closer to the city than me, and it didn't work at all.

If you have a problem Good Luck!. They don't respond to emails (although the website says they do!) Almost impossible to get them by phone. Said they would refund my credit card and they never did. Now have to open a dispute with them through paypal... Would not recommend this company at all. TERRIBLE customer service

"This is the worst Internet experience I've ever had. They say on the website satisfaction guaranteed and hassle free returns. Not so! I returned the product over a month ago, and after numerous calls, texts and emails, I have heard nothing back from this company. Except the last text I sent to the sales mgr, and he sent a nasty text back to me and still did nothing. The website also said that they value veterans. I happen to be a disabled Veteran and I informed them of this. Didn't seem to have an impact. I finally had to call my bank, cancel my card, and reverse the charge to get my money back. Ridiculous. I would advise anyone who is considering doing business with this company to move on, save yourself the hassle. I will NEVER do business with this company again

I have tried several different ways to contact the company for a RA but no one every answers the phone or the emails. I am sending this back and filing a complaint via PayPal so that hopefully I can get my money back. I wonder what their rating would be without the 10% rebate that they give you for a 5 star rating.

01/07/2019. I have sent the antenna back, tried again to contact them but still no contact. Do not have anything to do with this company!

I ordered an antenna and items were missing from the package--the cable and surge suppressor.
It is impossible to contact them by email, phone or text.
If you want to judge for yourself just try to place your order by phone. Nobody will ever answer. It is impossible to have any problem fixed.

I purchased an antenna and it was delivered on October 10. It does not work and have made over a dozen attempts to contact the company with no response. I am shipping this back and fully expect to be jerked around on the refund. This company is a complete scam. Do not believe any of the positive reviews. They are fake.

Never received rebate. Will not return emails. Customer service is terrible. To bad hat sucks. They have a product that people would love if they had customer service and follow through on what they promise.

Antenna came broken, I called I emailed I texted with no response, warranty my $#*!. Please unless you want to waste your money do not buy this product, got to best buy and get one of there's I should have done that to begin with.

Same complaint as everyone else. Junk antenna. No customer service. Wouldnt return phone calls or emails. I sent the *** thing back just like it said with tracking through usps. And still no refund. Finally had to contact paypal and file a claim. After providing my shipping info they decided in my favor. My refund is expected in the next five days via paypal.

I could not get antenna to function as advertised. Returned package and with mailing cost I had spent well over $100. USPS tracked the delivery which was made on May 4.
No response from Lava. When I called was given a prerecorded message to leave my message. Today on May 22 I have as yet received no response.

I wonder at the integrity of this company. Do not deal with them! They give Flint, TX a bad name. If I do not hear within 2 weeks I intend to take legal action against Lava. There are so many complaints of malfeasance. They are not worthy of your trust. I will willingly

Absolutely no response to phone calls I made to Antenna Deals other than a "canned" text each time I called over a 3 day period. I wanted to return the antenna for personal reasons and resigned myself to the fact that I would never see a refund. I gave up and personally sold the antenna on-line. Terrible way to conduct business... stay away from them.

I ordered from antennadeals.com. They reversed the address so I never got delivery. The goods were returned to them by USPS. 6 emails before they responded and their response was the equivalent of "tough luck" (but not so nicely phrased). If you are thinking of an antenna then do your homework by searching antennadeals.com reviews before you make your decision and giving them your money.

So there is a follow-up to this story. Antennadeals did finally respond. I was surprised by an email from the owner. She apologized, took responsibility and offered to make

Purchased a Lava HD800 antenna from them. I installed it to replace my broken 40+ year old antenna. After installation I was not able to receive half the channels as before. I moved the antenna and had the same results. Tried to contact customer service for technical support with phone calls, text messages and emails for three weeks. No response just text messages stating that they would respond. Their website makes a lot of claims that they don't follow.
