I don't think zip code matters unless you live in the same city as this company. The first 4 appliances that were delivered to me were over 8 weeks late. The 5th appliance [freezer] we requested a refund 1/5/2022 after waiting and listening to crap for almost 4 months. [ordered on 9/10/21].
All items purchased from our website will be under manufacturers warranty. If you feel that you may need a dedicated customer service representative to act as the liaison between you and the manufacturer, we can provide that support as long as your order was with us, and that you are still under warranty.
