This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.
Appliance arrived in undamaged condition. The appliance delivery was on time as promised. Drop off only took 5 minutes. Overall I'm very impressed with AC as I was a bit nervous about making such a large purchase from an online store.
I had to return my purchase. I looked up the part on the manufacturer's website to ensure it was correct. While the inches matched, the kit ordered did not specify it was for a 1.6 cubic foot microwave instead of 2.2 cubic feet. This information would have been helpful to know. The return process was organized and efficient. Customer service was excellent.
Although it took several weeks our stove arrived in great condition and was professionally packaged to prevent damage. The drivers were courteous and helpful. The unit is currently in our garage while the construction of our new home continues for another month or two..
Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.
Everything was good with the delivery but was disappointed when the delivery driver told me that I had to keep all the cardboard trash that came with the stove this is the first time I ever had that with a delivery thank you
The ordering process and delivery all went very well. If anything, the delivery was earlier than I expected so it arrived during a very busy week for me. My old refrigerator was still working so it wasn't something I needed to have happen ASAP. I am happy to have a new quiet fridge a week early.
Price was very good and the free shipping is what made my decision for me. Didn't have to drive 45-min to a store with my trailer to pick-up the same freezer. Shipping company (Ohio-Pitt) did great. One-time delivery with no damage. The driver was patient while we inspected the freezer and was very friendly.
Very straight-forward...driver carried it to the front door, and wifey asked him to just bring it inside a few steps, as hubby was not home. He did precisely that, and we all lived happily ever after.
I ordered a Stiebel 58 gallon heat pump water heater. The ordering process was easy and simple. The water heater was delivered before it's expected delivery date in perfect condition. The trucking company had the heater unloaded in five minutes and in my garage. The water heater is installed and working well so far. It has only been installed 24 hours. I'm very satisfied with Appliance connection so far.
Well, no one was there when the machine was delivered at the unit. When I arrived the machine was just dropped off and notice was hooked up. We paid for white glove service $59.99 Than was NOT done.

My experience was a good one. I was having trouble finding the size I needed, but you had it. All has gone very smoothly. I was updated on delivery because it was on backorder. But I received it in a reasonable amount of time.
I placed the order and the product came as expected. I installed it and it works great. My only complaint is that I had no idea that the item shipped until I created an account to look up my order number. It should be this difficult to get an order status.
Order a new black stainless refrigerator from Appliance Connection and it was scratched on the front door. It has been about three months and still not resolved after numerous calls pictures, emails to their customer service. If you order from them just hope there are no issues.

This company has a great selection of appliances, and good prices, but the shipping is ultra slow. If you need an appliance in a reasonable amount of time order from someone else. I would cancel my shipment, but they charge return shipping even though it's been sitting with the shipper for 3 weeks.
Terrible company to buy from.

Our fridge died and we needed a replacement to be delivered quickly. We bought a fridge from appliances connection.com because their website said the model we liked could be delivered the next week. Fast forward a week... now they're telling us it will be at least three more weeks, and that's even unlikely (we also paid extra for expedited shipping, which we were told probably won't help get it there any faster...). When we called to inquire about this blatant bait and switch, the customer service people clearly didn't care at all. I'm so excited we get to live out of a cooler for the next month, thanks appliancesconnection /sarcasm/

California buyers be warned. Look closely at your receipt.
BestBuy, Goedeker's, Build.com and other appliance sellers (including those on eBay and Amazon) charge sales tax based on destination delivery. AppliancesConnection not does. If your billing address lies in a higher sales tax district, they will charge that rate instead and attempt to pocket the difference.
Try to complain and point that their sales tax collection is neither standard nor consistent with guidelines, and they will ignore you with dismissive one-sentence replies. Their statement "We look forward to serving you" evidently is as deceitful as their business practices.
Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy paying unwarranted surcharges.

The whole process from ordering online to delivery was perfect! Once the order was placed, we were kept updated via email on the appliance location and shipping status. In addition, the shipping company that was used to deliver the appliance was top notch too! Thank you!
I purchased a TV stand (media console) on March 23,2021. After the purchase I was notified it would not ship until June, and since then, every 3-5 weeks I have received an email stating the shipment had been delayed. Today is September 23,2021, and I just received another update stating it will be shipped in December. I called to cancel the order and the lady who answered was polite and quickly cancelled the order. Great customer service on the phone as far as I can tell... just cant wait a year for a piece of furniture. I will be looking elsewhere for furniture to fill our new home.

I had a great experience with Appliance Connection. Out of all the websites, they make it so easy to search for appliances based on dimensions, price, make, customer reviews. Whatever! I recently wanted to get a narrow fridge, less than 24" wide and it was so easy to toggle through the search fields and find the best priced, best reviewed products. I've purchased about 3 or 4 big ticket items through them in the past 2 years and I've had a fabulous experience each time.

This machine has cleaned our clothing so well and they we feel and smell amazingly clean. Our last washer would not even remove all the dirt and they smelled. It also removes so much water from the clothes that it takes less time now to dry. Love my new washer and dryer!

Update Eric got involved sales manager. Corrected all the issues. They issued a full refund, and coupon for next purchase. I will suggest calling and walking through everything especially if it's your first order with them and you may be new to appliance purchases in general
! BEWARE! This is as bad an on-line retailer that there is on the internet. I don't want to leave an extremely long review however to warn consumers in full that's whats required. In short please consider a local store near you. The sale of items like this especially from unethical retailers may seem easy and simple, true. But wait until you need something, or the item takes months to arrive, or you need to have service on an item. Be ready to spend a huge amount of money and most importantly a huge amount of your time trying to get what you deserve from a 1800 number or email. I recently submitted a claim against this company with the FTC and Consumer Affairs NY State and will attach and edit this review as they become available. Exercise Extreme Caution!
