Good day. Please, would i be able to change the paypal account that comes with the 1month ebay / pp ac to business account so I can be entitle to cash back? Will I be able to edit the accounts? I mean, like include my phone number so I can receive texts messages if need be? If I buy now, that means I have only two (2) more months to wait before the limit is lifted because I understand it's only for the first three(3) months; is that correct?
