I ordered a magnaflow tip and ordered the wrong size, my fault, can i return and pay the shipping and get the right part and how is this best done?

This shop is the worst place i have ever dealt with, i order a hood for my titan and the charge my credit card the $980 but i have not heard back from them. not one word no order number nothing i've email them but still no answer for them. how can the run a company like this. i'm calling my credit card company and will cancel payment.
