i ordered a Magnaflow tip and ordered the wrong size, my fault, can I return and pay the shipping and get the right part and how is this best done?

This shop is the worst place I have ever dealt with, I order a hood for my Titan and the charge my credit card the $980 but I have not heard back from them. Not one word no order number nothing I've email them but still no answer for them. How can the run a company like this. I'm calling my credit card company and will cancel payment.
