on 4/18/15I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class.

Varun s. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. You know sometimes saving a few dollars isn't worth the hassle. BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY. Also there is some counterfeit items coming out of china. If you insist on ordering from baggood make sure it is the same thing and spelled the same. I am sure there are people that have had good experiences with them but do you want to take a chance? There are many here like me that have had bad experiences. I really have to question the posts that say its the "greatest company ever" That was by far and away not my experience. I have only ordered once from them and it certainly is the LAST. If any of you insist on ordering... just be prepared to have issues. If you don't... good for you.
No way would I ever buy from this company again. Refuse to send missing item because I can't prove I didn't receive it.
They DO NOT respond to either emails or chats although they are not reluctant to publish those modes on the "customer service" section of their website. I am going to report them to U. S authorities forthwith. Clearly a "rip off the yanks" site.
Best thing you could have done in first place is avoid buying any thing from Banggood in the fist place
They are complete idiots and even after pictures they refused to replace product. The $10 worth of crap will cost them $ thousands in business.
I ordered a drone and it didn't work right out of the boxThey wanted me to send them a video which I finally did. After many emails back and forth, they agreed to refund only 80% of my money back. Would that be acceptable to you? If they are going to do e-buisiness, then they need to do it in an ethical fashion by selling merchandise that works and that they will stand behind and promptly make it right with their customers. The item that I ordered for my young son's birthday present ended up being a disastrous idea, causing both of us a lot of wasted time, and me a lot of wasted $$$$.

Do not do business with Bangood. They sent me the wrong stuff and refused to exchange it for the right stuff.

I have not had any orders from Banggood arrive damaged, the order was always packaged with care.
I have bought many items from banggood as not had any issues when anything goes wrong, as it sometimes will. Bear in mind that banggood is a marketplace and each supplier is different.
I also have ordered many things from them. I had twice a problem. In the first case they refunded me because it was something cheap. But when I had a problem with an expensive TV box they offered me a very small amount. Lower than 10% of its price. So don't you ever buy anything expensive from them.
Don't take any notice of these Banggood employees who claim to have bough 100-400 items, they are paid to lie for Banggood. They really are that bad, maybe worse.

Ordering from US and delivery to India, forget about Banggood. I've ordered a 300 UDS quad copter with my Swiss Paypal account for delivery in Thailand, they took the money, then not send the product, only after i asked where is my order they refunded me and said that they not accept to ship if the papal and delivery country does not match. Why not make this verification at the time of the order? Forget about chinese company. They just want your money.
Use amazon... nothung but trouble for me. Get syma x5c... i love hasban h10# series. Flown The motors off of hasban and love them. Nener owner syma, but reviews n price r good. U can get same prices from amazon.
I have ordered the Hubson Zino from this site and still waiting for it to arrive. Tracking number is a waste of time gives no information whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I hope this helps

I have dealing with them in 2 eyars now, I`m building drones and planes, but maybe 3-4 time out of more tham 600 orders, the item have been broken, and then they refund it, if you sent it back, + they pay for the return to, so, dont be afraid for anything there, they are fantastic and very helpsom.

I've done over 100 shopping in Banggood, and had two products come defective, but banggood promptly solved the problem by sending new items and
I did not want to return the defective items.
I still buy with Banggood, whenever I need and I can only recommend.
If you have a problem, talk to them, they solve, just have to be patient and allow time for things to settle.
Me have always been friendly, and always resolved any problem satisfactorily, and without prejudice to me.

In addition to buying about four
Hubsan h107c drones, I have successfully received dozens of other items, and most all were undamaged. And I've had great success with refunds when appropriate, and without shipping back to anywhere!
On my side I purchased a scout x4 drone (and many other little things)... everything arrived fine at home, and when I got some trouble on motors and a little thing, they immediatly sent me spare part I asked and for the one they didn't had they refund me quickly. They won't help you to diagnose incase of problem, but once you've done your diagnostic they can send whatever you need. If you need strong technical assistance don't buy there, if you can look around on forum, and can handle electronic stuff by yourself you will save a lot of money and will have a very good after sell assistance.
Well in my case, customer service worked fine. Got replies (after some days) but everything has been solved. Remember its NOT a shop just around the corner, so have a bit more patience than usual :)
My experience with claims has been positive, unlike DX who never ever honour any warranty or refund, bangood do seem slightly better at packing items, in that they don't use crush protection, but will wrap foam around delicate items. Photo evidence is apparently enough to satisfy claims, without demanding return to China. Just make sure the item is really in stock using live chat, keep a copy of transcript, and only order one Item per payment. If you combine other items, none will despatch if one is out of stock. Also, if that item has a Lithium battery, be prepared to wait up to three months for delivery, as it will be sent uninsured surface freight only, not air freighted, so the wait will be painful and you will be met with all sorts of lies regarding the delay..
I always use a credit card so that they will refund your money. Even if it shows up there ill be something wrong with it or it will be the wrong item.

I am satisfied about Banggood and shipping. I encountered nice communications with Customer Service! I do not know India, but normally you should not be afraid.
Otherwise ask for Registered Shipping. Than there will be no problem.

Hi, sometimes the shipping can take a bit longer but in the end I have always received the goods I ordered.
And yes, packaging is not their strong point but you might want to maybe combine the order to have something solid as a fill in the bubblewrap ;)
All items shipped to Mexico from bangood arrived in perfect condition, only one article was defective but not by arriving at bad conditions, in any way bangood made the refitting immediately. I recommend you used some method of shipment with charge to have a tracking number.

Since 2013 I've ordered over 70 itens on Banggood. I had troubles only 3 times, all that 3 lost, never demaged. In every orders I had my money refunded easy and quickly. All my orders are shipped from China to Brazil, always a hard trip! I've ordered drones ladybird, parts of drones, make up to my wife, and many others. I'm very happy with my Banggood buyng.

Just write unboxing video and then open disput at paypal. Paypal will return all the money. Bangood packed parcels very well as any other shops. I have ordered over 50 items and all of them was shipped without any problems. In other shops like dx or tinydeal i have troubles with wrong tracking numbers and they have not shipped some orders at all.

I bought a couple of dozens of items from Banggood, at one occasion there was a damage in shipment, it was a wireless mouse. The issue was solved immediately, through live chat. I sent a picture and straight away they offered either replacement (I opted for that) or refund. I prefer this site to other on-line traders.
Hi varun i have bought several drones over 100 dlrs. Shipping is good, recommend you pay extra 1.6 dollars for registered airmail.to get tracking no. For higher value items no extra charges for registered airmail. Shipping time from singapore hk and mainland china to india pretty good these days, getting my orders in avg 3 weeks since last few months. Refund policy pretty generous, so i can recommend banggood, over 60 + orders no regrets.One thing to note is that they will write lesser price on the package to evade customs, so far none of my stuff has been caught tho
Hi, my personal opinion about BG is as I wrote. Super, better than most domestic (EU) sellers. Over 50 orders, never any problem. I didn't receive one parcel, they send me replacement shipment. With two items I had problems (they stop working properly after a month) and after I send them a prove of malfunction, I got replacement send by express post. All without any add. Costs. Yes, sometimes you must wait a week longer, but that is not their problem. I always check the date on order list on BG site and date on parcel and they are not cheating. The dates are always even. If I send a mail, I receive the answer in matter of hours.
I trust them 100%.

I have bought from banggood now over 10 times ( I am in the UK).
Only on 1 occasion, have I ever received goods damaged, but banggood replaced them immediately ( once I photographed the item and sent pics).
Not only did they replace them supa fast, they also did not ask for the damaged items to be returned.
I just cannot fault them. I will be using them long term (with confidence), as you should... you will save a fortune in the long run|.
I have received damaged products once or twice. All you need is pictures and videos of the issue and they'll ship it again. That's of course if you haven't done the damage yourself.
At first I was skeptical after I placed an order from Banggood, because the shipping took almost a month to come. But then after that situation I've been using Banggood for a while now and they been great to me! With much faster shipping and no product damage. I used to use gearbest but not anymore.
I would rate them 90% in overall satisfaction. I usually receive my merchandise in under 3 weeks, almost always in good condition. I have received items damaged in shipping and items that were defective or failed in a short time. They have never failed to resolve the problem, usually by just replacing the item after sending them a pic or video of the shipping label (better hold onto it) and some documentation of what's wrong. The missing 5% is shipping time (why isn't my stuff here the day I placed the order?) and twice when miscommunication, mostly due to the fact that I don't speak Chinese delayed a resolution, and one of those times I got a refund instead of a replacement when I would have preferred a replacement. But I never felt ripped off or that customer service was not willing to help resolve my issues.
I've used Banggood for a number of orders. But I've never had to have a damaged item replaced (as I've never received anything that was damaged). I have however had an order of batteries which were all dead, so Banggood gave me my money back, and I've also had an order go missing which they also refunded. My overall experience with Banggood has been good. If you're concerned about damaged goods perhaps you should email Banggood and ask them?

Hi there no need to worry i have been dealing with banggood for a few years now and your all good to go no problem also each buyer and DX.com as well all 3 are great to deal with. If you have product problems they wil be happy to help you,, defects in products can happen no matter where you buy its just life but 99% of the time you dont get problems, but do check out youtube reviews before you buy anything either way, and check out alot of them, iam a reviewer my self and even i can miss something but i do know my stuff very very well... take care and happy shopping
Hi Varun. I've been ordering products from Banggood for some months now. It's very rare that I receive a damaged item. The only time it happened, Banggood prompted and did replace it with a new non damaged item. I didn't even had to sent them the damaged item (but I believe I didn't have to return the damaged item because it was a very cheap item, costing about 1USD, otherwise we would have to figure out a way to send them the damaged one). I am ordering from and receiving the items in Europe. I have no experience on orders sent to India. Hope it helps.
