DO NOT BUY FROM BANGOOD. HORRIBLE! RIPOFF!
I ordered the nokia n97 and the quality of the phone is very bad. It started just randomly turning off every time I try to make a call just two weeks after I had the phone. Not only did Bangood not want to communicate but they wanted me to pay for 2 way shipping AND a fee to have the phone fixed. They have cheap prices but the quality of their products is cheap as well. NOT WORTH IT

DO BUY FROM THIS SITE. The quality of there work is horrible, not to mention that the dress came with stains and I was sent a size 4, when we went by their charts and it was a size 8 that I ordered. They then tried to convince me they sent the right dress and for 2 hours I sent picture after picture proving them wrong and the best they could do was say sorry but you'll only get some of your money back. Not to mention I seriously doubt that they understood much English. Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, they're just after your money.

Run! You dont want to do business with these people. I'm down $119 from a defective product. And the Customer service is a smoke screen. It should be called customer NO Service.

I too just received my hiphone from banggood and is faulty before i even used it. The screen is constantly shaking and u press a button when you can and something else opens. We cannot callibrate it and is totally off set. I have sent atleast 15 emails and 2 videos and occasionally i receive one back from them not acknowledging that the phone is faulty or answering my questions of what they will do about replacing my phone, I have asked several times for a number so i can call them and given them my number in 6 messages just to sort out this issue but still no luck. I feel very frustrated with the lack of communication. I feel that they are just avoiding the issue because they already have the money. Paypal may be my next option to open up a dispute (but only within 45days). Has anyone found a contact number because i have googled so hard but just can't find one for them. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

There customer service is horrible.

I also order a shoulder bag and money was taken from my account on Oct 7 and still on Oct 20 I did not received my order. Last time I order from this Company.

My experience has been awful also. I should have done more checking before I ordered from them. Get the word out everybody. I am.

It's hard to say. Their business model is to scam their customers, so as of the beginning of February, they're still operational. However, just like any scam company, they could be gone in an instant any day.

It's safer to assume that they're not operational and to tell people that they're not operational so no one else gets scammed trying to buy from them.

Do not do business with Banggood. They sent me the wrong items and on top of that they were defective. Refused to change the merchandise for the correct one. Will never do business with them again.

I am really stumped, i believe you guys and everything, how ever, i had exactly 45 pleasant transactions with this company based in Hong Kong. My orders were mostly electronics stuff, even when in maybe two instances some screens shattered i was well taken care off, promptly. Also when i compare local prices with these which are btw shipped across the world it is no brainer. In these transactions i have spent maybe 10% of what i would spent in my country for exactly same things. Have you ever wondered that you are just ordering wrong stuff.

One thing to note with Banggood too, is they are totally fictitious when it comes to items being in stock, Don't believe what they say. After making over 70 purchases from them, over the last two years, this problem started about four months ago, where yo place the order, everything showing in stock, then you pay... and nothing. No despatch confirmation. Nothing. Your money has gone, and when you poke them with a stick, they say 'very sorry, due to a sudden demand, one of the items in your order is temporarily out of stock'. Well you can check that item every day from then on, and at no point will it say 'out of stock'. They do this to get your money over their guarantee, of 'items not in stock will not be charged'. If you see it out of stock, you may go elsewhere... not good. I have one order now awaiting restock since January, and I still cannot get a refund, not even a store credit, and the Item is still showing as in stock! So nowdays it really is roulette, with Vegas odds.

You take your chances with these guys, very good prices and choice of products but as many comments say it is a minefield. Many products are good quality but some are copies or appalling rubbish and others ridiculously overstated eg a flashlight they claim was 5000 lumens actually tested at 1100. I have also bought an "ultrafire" flashlight that had a direct short and smoked a battery, "ultrafire" 185650 batteries claimed to be 5000mAh tested at 1100mAh, 6 powerbanks, none of which worked, an endoscope which was advertised as hd which was sd and had a faulty driver disk and the list goes on. I do buy a lot from them even so because you often can't get a better price and I pick and choose very carefully these days.
As for customer services they are impossible. They ignore your messages and their "technical guy" Alysone is as technical as Fred Flintstone and would not know a hammer from a screwdriver.
I have never not received an order, things arrive after 5 to 30 days, longer for heavy items.
In summary if you really know what you are looking for and are a gambler banggood is for you. Beware of unsafe products, that "ultrafire" flashlight could have burnt my house down.
As a regular shopper on the web I have tried many suppliers and have found very little difference between them, Banggood are usually best on price and delivery times.

Larry B how come your experience was so bad tell me id like to know what the problem was perhaps it was you perhaps someone had a bad day, i been dealing there for several years and have only had good experiences and only ever had to problems with products and i buy alot of stuff from them and i do mean alot

For this reason I never order electronics from China, and also clothing :) unless its a Tee shirt. LOL, They seem to only make shoes to size 8 USA, anything else its small (for clothing) but I do have a site from China I would trust with electronics, next time, you can read reviews before you buy the items, :) www.chinavasion.com

How long is forever...?

I finally received my order correctly, and the quality of the merchandise was very good.

The quadcopter that did arrive and was defective cost $68.80 in return postage 3lbs to china USPS. No refunds for shipping but did get original cost refunded.

Don't take any notice of the so called happy shoppers with Banggood, they work for the firm, and like other members of staff, it's all bull$#*!

I have no idea where all these negative story's come from, i have ordered more ten 200 items on banggood and never had problems with broken items due to shipping (not really there fault but the shippers).
At one order i had an broken item send to me, and one time the wrong item, and in both occations i was even better of and got to keep the wrongly send item (which i had no use for). I ALWAYS use PayPal because my PayPal account is related to my creditcard and therefore dubbel ensured. I am from the Netherlands, and in my case its also possible to pay with Ideal, but i donn't use that with PayPal.

You did not say what country you are in? Of course this matters.
Here in NYC I've ordered dozens of times and usually the time averages one month.
I've also received damaged items as the packing is not robust. Every time I've managed to get my money refunded from Banggood without returning the items. I am talented!
Banggood lists their email address on their site, and also their phone number with clarification on the correct time zone. It's all so clear if you take the time to be patient and search.

Banggood is a good, honnest an descent firm. Items that have been retured due to custom problems are promply payed back thesame day... quality is good, never problems with it... even cheap things are desecent... ofcorse if you are looking for a "Mercedes" for the price of a little "Skoda" then you will be fooled but quality for good price... and yes the items are fully new... items were always packed in an orderly manner, never had broken items what so ever... i have bought now already longer then 5 years at Banggood and am very pleased with them...

Well in my case, customer service worked fine. Got replies (after some days) but everything has been solved. Remember its NOT a shop just around the corner, so have a bit more patience than usual :)

Ive never had problems with them, the stuff is always delivered on time... like anything else, you need to properly read the description before you buy! I ordered at leeeast 50 times starting from last year spring - and im in canada - What people also dont realise is that sometimes Canadian Customs or US customs wont bring some things through - I had a few orders get stopped ant the border and I never got them an banggood refunded the money everytime! In Australia I use only Australia Post cash card which i load to cover the value of my purchase. Paypal AUSTRALIA hold the relevant details and i have not had any problems with this arrangment.The few problems i have had with Banggood were all resolved in a better than expected manner. Maybe it is because i am a polite person who treats them with respect and gets thanked for it?

I have about 18 transaction and so far so good. Delivery takes SOME time but I understand it.

Banggood is a very good site with fast shipping for Greece...!

Don't wast your time talking with customer service, go file a claim with PayPal straightaway

This is absolutely the worst online purchasing experience that I have had in 30 years.

Banggood just care about 1 thing, getting your money.The moment you place an order you are in for a wild ride.

If you have any problem, they will reply to you with copy&pasted apologies template and then not giving you any real meaningful customer service. Their customer service is just there to reply to your emails with these templates.

I can guarantee you that they don't have any interest in helping you to solve your problem.

Let me share with you a couple of customer service "goodness" that I had with this unethical company before I decided that I was better off throwing my money in a sewer than continuing business with these amateurs.

1. Story one: Order a DIY kit and came with missing parts. They made me waste time in unnecessary communications and had to sent then pictures blabla. I was offered 300 points in compensation, in their worthless store credit. When I refused and requested the missing parts the pretty much let you know that that is your only option. Good luck if you think they are going to put any kind of effort into helping solving the problem.

If they offer any solution I can guarantee you that it is going to be the laziest one and the most beneficial for them.

"OUR INTEREST FIRST, CUSTOMER LAST" should be their motto.

2. Story number two: I placed an order for 2 items. They cancelled it without notifying and only refunded me for one item. I explain to them and they say "ok we will send you a refund".

So, as I don't want to repeat my same mistakes I purchase the item that was canceled again in reputable website this time.

Guess what's next. The following day they generate a new order for the cancelled item and SHIP IT TO ME! Of course forget about the refund. What kind of company does this? How mentally challenged you have to do this...

So, to cut a long story short please learn from my mistakes and:

1. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM (If you haven't had any issues yet it is a matter of time. I can assure 100% that they are going to screw it)

2. DON'T WASTE TIME COMMUNICATING WITH THEM ( If you have any problem, go and a file a complaint with Paypal or your credit company.)

Yes they are operationnal, if you have problem with them just communicate with there customer service and for now 1 years and half after i bought from them i'm satisfyed of them, and yes many of these thing is cheap, dont think you have gold for 2 or 3 dollars, its chinese stuff, if you want big big quality pay more elsewhere
