You can call, email, or text the customer service and you will get a stupid request like take a video or picture of the packaging. Returns and responses will NEVER happen. There is a lot of lip service... BUT NO ACTION. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I would suggest you follow what others are saying above and avoid this company. The few times i ordered from them in the past was a disaster. They don't respond to your emails timely and when they do they keep asking to send pictures of what the problem is. 3 times i had sent pictures and they say they don't have any open cases with my email. Their products are cheap and and the majority of people would agree. I do think a few people get what they ordered but a lot don't. I would suggest you buy local this way you can return it if it doesn't work. I'm out $57 from these jokers. At some point i just had to say i was done wasting my time chasing them. You were warned..
I have had many problems with banggood so no longer buy from them. The products are cheaply made poor quality. I bought similar items from ebay which were also faulty and it turned out to be banggood. They sell on ebay under the name of delhanway. I will not being using them again!
I even tried calling their number in Hong Kong, i wrote at least 10 times to their customer service dept, I kept getting the same answer, I did finally receive some of my products 6months later and in really bad condition no packaging all crushed, some products still have not arrived and I have now given up writing to their customer service, i will just have to say goodbye to my money but never use them again. Sadly because they seem to have good products.
I have never had a problem with them and they have always sent the products you order, why shouldn't they? If you have any issues at all with what they send you, simply contact them and if there is a problem, they will solve it within 48 hours. Those negative comments made above more than likely have an issue waiting around a month for the goods to arrive and in thhhis case, better they put their business with aBay or Amazon and pay more!
From a real customer, they will often send you the wrong goods, and it will probably cost you as much as the item costs to send it back. They will never send you the actual item - they will begin to argue with you and demand that you pictures and videos over and over again. They probably don't have the goods to begin with

I've been using Banggood for years now and yes I had a problem once and they fix it with that no problem! Other than that that company is very good products always come on time! Much better than Gearbest!

Ask yourself this, what are they doing on this site, helping Banggood, when they should be playing with their imaginary purchases. Have they nothing better to do. Same people telling their lies, and why would Banggood need to employ such people, because their reputation is so bad, they need people to lie, and draw in the customers. They have 97 percent of over 100 transactions arrive perfectly. Of the 3 percent, one they replaced, as the item didn't work, two items were refunded, as they were lost in post. I always opt for tracking numbers for any items that are too cheap to get them automatically. I cannot fault their performance, their online live chat help is in house, not outsourced like dx, and works well. Just be patient, being free post, it is a little slower sometimdes.
I have had good service from Banggood. The one time I had to deal with customer service they asked for a video or pictures and considering the distance between here and there I did not have a problem with that. Once sent they acted quickly to settle my complaint in a most satisfactory way and quickly. I recommend Banggood to all, based on my experience with them. Shipping takes a while but that is the free shipping. If you want it faster then (like any other business) you'll have to pay extra.
Only Answer is go on Google and type what product your looking for or go to ebay. I always have no problem with ordering products from them. Hope this helps.
No se por que dicen cosas malas de este sitio, a veces creo que es por desconocimiento y poca paciencia. A mi no me han pasado estas cosas que cuentan y después de muchas compras creo que banggood es todo lo competente que se puede esperar. Como en cualquier tienda local o de internet tendrán productos mejores o peores y los clientes tendrán buenas o malas experiencias con sus compras pero creo que banggood intenta que todos sus clientes queden satisfechos
