Quality was terrible! Most of the items I bought was coming from China and so I guess low quality this is expected. Few of the items I bought stopped working and didn't bother to report it because customer service is horrible.

My previous refund claim took like two weeks for them to accept fault and after that they said refund will take at least two weeks to appear in my bank statement.

Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. I hate it and will never ordering anything off here again. I learned my lesson.

As I posted before, if you have a problem with the shipment say bye to your money. Banggood takes no responsibility even when they legally should. They will ask you 10 x the same things whatever your answers and the documents you sent to them. I ordered electronic components; they were improperly packaged (they just throw everything in a bigger box with no filling or protection) and when they arrived (after more than 30 days) some were damaged. A 12 VDC power supply lasted for no more than 10 hours of operation. I do not agree that cheap prices justify below standard goods. If it does not works it is always to expensive! Go to Alibaba or other suppliers or stay with Banggood if you like playing lottery!

Since you ask "worked' guessing you aren't ordering clothes, thought that is not something I would order online any way, maybe a tester and stick with same manufacturer, as I use to in US, as same manufacturer would be consistent.

I'm a UAV / quad / hes hobbyist, and have ordered about 100 time from Banggood, with no problems at all. Research the product, as they have no control, and if many complaints and refunds, they'll discontinue to sell. This hobby is hit and miss at best, and the after sales customer service is excellent. Quick refund, and delivery is starting to get very quick also, and always faster then their longest projection margin.

Banggood is my 'go to' online vendor. HobbyKing, GearBest, I avoid and won't even use. AliExpress, if I can't find it anywhere else. I use Ebay also, just recently.

Major plus with both Ebay and BG... I pay w/PayPal.

Usually I'm buying in BG electronic parts for R\C models, and 95% of them works as expected. Couple times I've got faulty items - I wrote to service and got refund (full\partial - depends of size of problem). Bare in mind that it's chinese shop, and they do not like to loose money (and clients). Read reviews of goods you wan't to buy firstly and pay by paypal - You'll be 95% safe.

Clothes are low quality and are MUCH smaller than listed.

Have ordered a variety of different goods from Banggood ranging from bicycle parts, clothing, tools and electronics. Quality is not always what is shown on their web site. However their biggest problem is that they are not capable of providing after sales service - if something goes wrong Murphy's law kicks in. Their concept of quality is alien at best. Just to elaborate, a purchase of a prints in Europe or America is an everyday chore. You do not need to explain the need for proper drivers, instruction manual ETC when you buy from reputable suppliers. Forget this norm if you decide to buy from Banggood. To explain to Banggood that with the printer they should have sent a power supply took the best part of three weeks and thirty three emails and believe me this is not an inflated.

The overall quality of the items I ordered was unacceptable; and so much so that I wouldn't even donate them. They are nothing like the pictures that were posted on the website. Absolute rubbish, I bought a cheaply made camera that didn't work, some so called professional dog fur clippers which broke after a couple of minutes, and they didn't want to refund me. Unfortunately for them Paypal did. I did lose out a lot in the return postage

Don't bother buying any of their clothes if you're a european size large or above - way too small and customer service don't want to know - even though there are plenty of complaints about it even on their own website.

I am pleased with Bang Good. I was very frustrated at one time with them, but in time they made it right with me and the products have worked just fine.

My experience is EXCELLENT. Until now I have placed 36 orders along two years and I always received the goods as expected. I had once a log delay on one order and they refounded me under my promise that if finally I received the goods I will reject the delivery or accept notifying BangGood to charge again. I finally accepted the goods and payed again according my promise. The only complain is that the free shipping last about 3 weeks in my case.

Quality may not be the same as Made In America, but neither is that anymore! Remember that you are purchasing things that are made and sold by 3rd World companies. Overall I have had very good luck from all of the departments at Banggood and have had excellent luck, both with the products and the service. I always go there first, because of the treatment that I have received both products and support. They can't be beat!

If the quality comes and goes for various products. Their customer service SUCKS. Before you buy you gotta think could I afford to take the gamble if it doesn't work or you don't like - because you will NEVER get a refund, replacement or even an answer from them besides some faux response.

I have only ordered cake decorating items, and I'd say that 80% are ok quality and the rest are cheaply made and poor quality. But what I buy are low cost items mostly 2 or 3 dollars so I just use it and if it breaks it's no big deal. I will agree with another reviewer that the way they describe the item, in some instances, is not what you get. Buyer beware.

The system I ordered included approx. 6 electrical parts, I only use 3 of the six parts. 2 of the 3 parts I use are defective. I have attempted numerous times to resolve this with Banggood assuming they would be honor my good faith purchase. Banggood has systematically and continuously ignored my request to either replace the defective parts or refund my money. Since I tried for more than two weeks to resolve this with Banggood and only get a runaround, I contracted my CC company and I am disputing the charge.

Poor at best. The Samsung screen protector didn't fit and I bought another one from a reputable online place I used before and those worked. The adult toys Brooke before using it and the battery pack didn't work. The other toy was disassembled and no instructions to how to put it together. Maybe I am not too handy but I couldn't figure it out. It took 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and the tracking numbers they provided will not track on the USPS site even though they were USPS numbers.

I placed three orders. Only one order arrived and most of the contents were broken due to ridiculously poor packaging. The other two parcels never arrived and I never got a refund despite them saying they would refund my money.
I really wouldn't buy from this company unless you are prepared to wait months for the goods to arrive, if they arrive at all, and if they don't arrive, you'll never get satisfactory help or refund.
Just read the reviews and do yourself a favour. Steer well clear of this rip off company.

The quality of the merchandise is highly variable. Some of the tools, for instance, are cheap junk--others professional quality. The pictures of the product cannot be believed. If the price is too good to believe, it probably is. But even when the price is reasonable, you may still be getting Banged! Overall, for what I've paid out over numerous orders, I could have spent the same amount of money and received better products and fewer headaches from legitimate vendors. I hope that helps.

I have only had problems with electronic products. They are usually copies of other name brand products. Reading the reviews will help you decide whether to buy them or not. Don't rely on the star rating, because they are all 5 star. You will need to read a few of them to get a more accurate review. Hope this helps.

I guess u get wot u pay for - pretty happy with my orders - just keep in mind most items r really small. For example the mirrors hung over the couch r tiny - very misleading on the pictures. I have bought a heap of stuff & received all my orders. They do communicate very well - so that's very important. I give them a 7 out of 10.
