Quality was terrible! Most of the items I bought was coming from China and so I guess low quality this is expected. Few of the items I bought stopped working and didn't bother to report it because customer service is horrible.

My previous refund claim took like two weeks for them to accept fault and after that they said refund will take at least two weeks to appear in my bank statement.

You will waste your money buying in Banggood!

Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. I hate it and will never ordering anything off here again. I learned my lesson.

Don't buy from them! If the product you get does not work, they will not refund your money. I have been burnt by them.

As I posted before, if you have a problem with the shipment say bye to your money. Banggood takes no responsibility even when they legally should. They will ask you 10 x the same things whatever your answers and the documents you sent to them. I ordered electronic components; they were improperly packaged (they just throw everything in a bigger box with no filling or protection) and when they arrived (after more than 30 days) some were damaged. A 12 VDC power supply lasted for no more than 10 hours of operation. I do not agree that cheap prices justify below standard goods. If it does not works it is always to expensive! Go to Alibaba or other suppliers or stay with Banggood if you like playing lottery!

Since you ask "worked' guessing you aren't ordering clothes, thought that is not something I would order online any way, maybe a tester and stick with same manufacturer, as I use to in US, as same manufacturer would be consistent.

I'm a UAV / quad / hes hobbyist, and have ordered about 100 time from Banggood, with no problems at all. Research the product, as they have no control, and if many complaints and refunds, they'll discontinue to sell. This hobby is hit and miss at best, and the after sales customer service is excellent. Quick refund, and delivery is starting to get very quick also, and always faster then their longest projection margin.

Banggood is my 'go to' online vendor. HobbyKing, GearBest, I avoid and won't even use. AliExpress, if I can't find it anywhere else. I use Ebay also, just recently.

Major plus with both Ebay and BG... I pay w/PayPal.

I cannot answer this question as my items never arrived. If I was you I would stay well clear of Banggood they are more trouble than they are worth when you try get a refund for goods not received

Usually I'm buying in BG electronic parts for R\C models, and 95% of them works as expected. Couple times I've got faulty items - I wrote to service and got refund (full\partial - depends of size of problem). Bare in mind that it's chinese shop, and they do not like to loose money (and clients). Read reviews of goods you wan't to buy firstly and pay by paypal - You'll be 95% safe.
