They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks.
I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods.
If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again.
You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails.
This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I tried my best to negotiate with them when they sent the wrong item! The cost of shipping back was more than the purchase price. They are such a rip off! I honestly think they deliberately ship out overstocked items so you are left with no recourse! Paypal finally refunded the item for me but go on social media and continue to let people know what a vile company this is. I can't begin to tell you how unethical these people are. Banggood! Yep it should be titled screwed over good!
You will be wasting your time. Either you forget you ever bought this try to get the right one elsewhere.
Alternatively keep screaming and posting your experience on any review website until they listen. I posted another review elsewhere which they are not happy about.
I have spelt out my request and made it clear I will continue to spill out their dirty tricks until l get my money back.

Like Eric said, you will end up paying the return... and if you ever get someone from Customer "No" Service you won't get very far. They talk nice online, but you will NEVER see anything. If you really want the item you would be best to just reorder it again in the size you need and just toss the other one that doesn't work. My suggestion is forget you ever made the mistake of shopping with this company.
It is solely your responsibility and in all likelihood, the cost of returns to Banggood will be more expensive that the cost of the item. You have no recourse.
Keep writing to customer service, post reviews and post on social media.
I did that and reached 35,000 people and responded to 200 emails and social media inquiries and got a full refund. Don't give up and spread the word about this horrible company.
You're screwed. Bangood not only sent me the wrong sized shorts, but they were also defective. Sent them numerous pictures and emails. In the end I got no where. I"ll never do business with them again. I tell everyone every chance I get about this terrible company. They're crooks. Sorry but it is what it is.
Don't take any notice of the idiots who claimed he bought 100s of items from them, and they always honoured the refunds, they work for them. All the favourable stuff for them, is written by staff, stay clear, they are as bad as it gets. They don't do refunds willingly, it takes Paypal intervention
After over 100 purchases from them, they have always honoured refunds, and replaced defective items. I simply use live chat, as it is in house, be prepared to post back item via cheapest route, and it will take a long time, but clothes cannot be resold, so unless incorrect size was delivered versus what was ordered, the liability is with you the purchaser for the cost of return and possibly the item, unless defective or otherwise.
After 120+ orders with Banggood I never had a refusal to either refund or resend defective / wrong items. However I doubt they will replace an item due to wrong size ordering. They might refund the item if you send it back after discussing with their customer service (always been helpful to me) but the cost of shipping would probably be prohibitive to make it a worth option. When ordering from them or similar companies one buys a price otherwise one would buy locally. Under such conditions one can't expect the return and refund process of Amazon. As for all those who use foul language here, it's not much of a surprise they don't get help if they address customer service in the same way.
