Some friendly advice. I wouldn't do any business with Banggood. They will not give you a refund if your order is no to your liking nor will they exchange or give credit. You have been warned. I wish someone would have warned me.

My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

Shipping really isn't an issue, the sizes are the issue. There US sizes vary a lot. You can order an XL/mens in one product and get a medium. Or order a 38" pants and get a 36", instead. Then when you try to return the items, they act like they don't understand English language.

Well it depends on where you live at but. It takes 7-15 days but if i was you i wouldnt order $#*! from them!

Slow shipping - 3 weeks Item didn't work properly. Still haggling with them after 4 months. Stay away from this seller.

I have ordered several items from them and it took months each time. They ship from China and didn't provide any sort of tracking. Each time i had contacted them i was told to give it more time. When i did receive the items, they were damaged and it was a major hassle to get a replacement or refund. I would purchase locally or from Amazon if possible, this way if you have a problem the returns are easy

Products were in stock and shipping time as expected. BUT packing was very bad using only a plastic envelope and all products put together. They arrived scratched. Try searching google and youtube for "banggood bad".

I paid for expedited shipping and ended up receiving it 10 days after the stated time. Kept trying to figure out what was up, but no one replied. And when I did receive it, the balde guard which is a full frame thing and acted as the landing gear, had broken off at 1 of the 4 joints to the drone, so I couldn't even replace it. Plus, I feel like they stuck me with a used product, which doesn't work well. I would suggest not buying it from Banggood.com

Just one month from international warehouse. Less than a week from european warehouse (i am from Italy).

Shipping to central Ontario usually about four weeks. I've had some take a bit longer and some two weeks faster. I've had three items (one order) lost which were immediately replaced and never had any other problems with that site. I shop there usually three to four times a year with multiple orders. NO problems!

Ask Banggood!

From China to Toronto over a month in average.
I like their service which I can trust and very fair. I trust banggood more than my local postman who delivered my order to my neighbor who sent it to me. I also received my neighbor's letters. I would recommend having tracking service.

I wouldn't purchase from Banggood, and I'd look for another site that actually will allow returns back to a US State location or wherever your located. They ship out from US based warehouses but if you want to ship it back for a refund or return you get flack from the company, you get emails that you wouldn't normally get from a legitimate business and if you do have to ship it back. They make you ship it to a China location so it's triple the cost for shipping that what you paid for the knock off products. They want to deter anyone from sending products back. Their totally dishonest and their customer service is horrible. Instead of taking care of the customers so they could get return business, they tell you to sell the items to your friends or they just send email after email until you get fed up and stop responding to the site. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and i would suggest to never buy from that site, EVER.

I have used Bang good for couple of years, about seventy purchases, and have only had a couple of problems in that time, but on those two occasions I was quickly sent replacement items which fixed the issue with no demand made to return faulty goods, and a few occasions where items have become obsolete and not sent, I was offered and awarded a full refund after a short time. Other Chinese resellers have proven to be much worse than Bang good, that is why I still use them. My shipping time varies between two to three weeks to Australia, but as it is free to you, and low cost to them, it is a bit variable.

Depends on where you are but it has a long way to go so I usually get my stuff between 20-30 days. I've ordered many times, everything comes as I expected within a reasonable amount of time. I'm pleased with my experience with Banggood. I am unable to account for these less than favorable posts.

Generally 2-3 weeks. A lot depends on US Customs, they sometimes seem to be slow, but that is to the volume of packages, the number of Customs officers they have in the facility your package is passing through and a package size, and it is more difficult for large items to find room on a carrier than a small item. I have been totally satisfied with Banggood items and never had one arrive broken or damaged.

I have bought many items on several occations from Banggood and shippingrime is about 2-3 weeks to Europe. Items has so far been well packed (despite what many of the answers say). Only one time have I got a parcel that was damaged but that was only the box, the item inside was in perfect condition!
