I think we are all spoiled by Amazon's shipping and returns. Bare Necessities return process is not that bad, it's just not Amazon. (which of course Amazon does have the best shipping and return process I've ever seen!)

Occasionally there are differences in product quality when a particular manufacturer makes modifications to the product specifications, but that would be due to the production of the garment, and not be attributed to purchasing from this reputable site. My only issue was the sizing, which even though it's not there fault, they have been amazing to work with. I will continue to order with them. Products are excellent quality, beautiful and comfortable. My size isn't available in a lot of places, but the ones where it is the bras have been horrible. One has scratchy material, another gives me headaches due to stress on my shoulders from the design.
