I typically use Bare Necessities to purchase bras since they have a big selection and I can find what I need. Along with that, anytime I needed assistance with a question, from the online chat, to a phone call, or an email, I have gotten excellent customer service every time. That's pretty amazing these days! I just contacted them about an order I placed shortly before I am supposed to go out of town. They changed the address for me and made everything so easy! That might sound small, but it's not. Try doing that with some other companies! Lol They care about their customers.:-)

I ordered from this place before and have had great experience. It is difficult for me to find bra's in my size. The bra ordered was apparently a final sale item and was sized in UK, the conversion didn't occur as I was using my phone. Customer service refused to help and now I'm stuck with a bra that is way too big.

I understand when a sale item is final, but there should be grace if a simple error in translation occurred especially if it is obvious. Customer service is unfortunately not about making the consumer satisfied. Too many people take advantage of companies and ruin it for good people just trying to get what they ordered.

Free shipping is usually when you purchase a certain dollar, amount so be sure to check. I think returns might deduct $5 for shipping but check to be sure. And if you have questions about products the chat feature is really nice. Even if you are doing late night shopping...like me!

I ordered two bras from this site unfortunately they did not fit, I emailed 5 times and have yet to have A response, I also tried posting my negative review and that has not showed up on their site. I am absolutely never ordering from there again, the lack of customer service is pathetic! So I am stuck with 2 items. I can not use.

If I had know the lack of customer service I never would have ordered, most reviews on the site are positive with a few negative ones, which is not unusual but I had no luck with gettting any response from this company when all I really wanted was my money back.

I returned an item and they gave me a voucher, but it was for one day only. I have yet to replace the item or get my money back. It's been two weeks. Customer support email never goes through and you can't get anyone by phone. Always a busy signal. I will never Buy from this company again!

You can actually buy according to your correct bra size. They also carry DD and up bikini tops that are the best fitting anywhere. Most item ship for free and free returns.

0 stars. BN could avoid these poor reviews by being straight with their customers and their product descriptions. Instead of gracefully refunding my money when they could not fulfill an exchange, they "credited" my account without my approval. Having received a faulty product in the first place and paying for shipping twice, this is just insulting. Just refund my money and do not reply with a long apology saying your experts can help me find the right product. I will not be manipulated or condescended to.

Awful company and customer service. Ordered leggings two weeks ago and still haven't received them. Had to send 3 emails and call. When I called, I was told my the woman that "I'm not qualified to help you." Are you kidding me? She then said they don't know where the pants are!

This company used to be Brayola and is now Bare Necessities. I can't begin to say enough amazing things about this company! I used their sizing guide and it was spot on correct, I've never owned a more fitting, comfortable, well made bra in my life! Loved it so much I've ordered 4 more, I didn't like one and chose to exchange it. I called customer service for help and she went way above and beyond to insure that I would get exactly what I wanted.
And I absolutely did. For any ladies looking for an amazing bra, I swear by these guys.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I love this company. I've been looking for a bra that fits right. I've tried adore me, third love, soma and none have been quite right. With Bare Necessities, even though I have the wrong size at this point it's still more comfortable than the others and their customer service is working with me to find the right size. (I've tried the customer service with the other brands with no luck) I have odd measurements which has been the challenge. They offer the largest variety and range of sizes that I've found

This is the ONLY place I get my underwear. The bra selection is fantastic and I can get my favorite brands for very very cheap. Especially when there's a sale which there seems to be one about every day. I've only had them ship me the wrong item once and they let me ship it back for free. And I have gotten a few bras that didn't fit because the brand was cheap and not worth it. But now that I know I fit in the goddess bras I only buy goddess. When I first joined Amazon didn't even carry my bras so I'm very very pleased with this site. The shipping isn't Amazon fast but it's still good and over a certain price they'll let you ship for free. Plus they have buy one get one free sales which you won't find on Amazon. Nothing here is a knock off and if you know what you need you can't beat the prices. All of my bras have lasted for years. Very satisfied with the site.
I have ordered once from them with no issues. I was requested to fill out a survey for 30% off which I did. When I came to order, this 30% DID NOT apply to about 8 brands. Their constant emails are misleading as well about all their offers. If you are a small person who can wear just about any bra you perhaps can find some good deals. However if you are looking for a particular bra you most likely will be out of luck.

I've ordered at least 4 different times within a 30 day time span. Shipping and delivery takes forever! I've returned one garment using my own FedEx account for shipping. Make sure you read their return/exchange policy. I have found their exchange system is lousy. I made a purchase via Gift Card however I was unhappy with the garment and returned it. The exchange was more than the original item. They would not permit me to pay the difference with another form of payment which did not make sense to me. So now I have to wait for the purchase amount to be returned to the Gift Card or select something at the original price point. I decided for a full refund (glad I kept the gift card) and will spend my money elsewhere. BARE NECESSITIES will never get my business again.
I received 3 bras and all 3 did not fit. I went to the website to set up an email voucher. Never got vouchers or confirmation. Called *******272 and someone answered and told me I needed customer service. First, I could receive a $100.00 free merchandise voucher. I said " no" and I was hung up on. This company clearly does not want to exchange their products.

I ordered for a gift giving enough time to be early. They said up to 9 business days. Still an empty mail box. I will deal with them through my credit card co if the parcel is not delivered on the 11 business day. 1st time and last time to do any business with this co.

I have used this site many times with zero problems. I often find a favorite brand or style and found it at Bare Necessities for less than the cost at a local store. Sign up for the email notifications because they contain a lot of sale notifications and discounts.
I've just reported this company to BBB because they are completely LYING about having an exchange policy. Anyone whose worked in retail knows an exchange means, monies from an original purchase, is being applied to a new purchase. BN has you return items at your own expense, waiting up to 1/2 a month for your money to be returned to you. While they conduct a new transaction for the correct item. That means, you have paid 3 times, before you can get your money back. This is NOT an exchange, but, 2 transactions, plus, a shipping charge. Unethical. I will never order from them again. So many different, and better options available. Don't bother with this company.

Customers who need a different size, color, or style of a garment can simply place a new order for the item they would like instead so we can get that item to them in a timely fashion. This is common practice among the vast majority of e-commerce retailers, and is in no way unethical. There is no reason at all that anyone would be paying three times, so if there is any remaining confusion that we can assist with clarifying for you, our Customer Service Team would appreciate the opportunity to explain the process in greater detail and will be happy to assist you with returning one garment and processing a new order for an alternate selection. As mentioned in the response to your BBB complaint, your return shipping fee has already been waived so that you will not incur any cost to ship back something that you are not completely satisfied with. Ordered a couple of bras, and received one in about a week. The other, after a month of checking on, found out it was on back order. No notice of this. A month later, I find that the order has been on back order too long, and is being cancelled. Again no word. Found out by checking. Phone calls, and emails etc. Still checking as to when I will receive a refund. Get advertisements all the time wanting to sell me something else. You can blame COVID, but the communication still makes for bad business. Ordered a similar product from another company, and received it in about three days. A little more cashy, but at least I got what I ordered.

I am only leaving 1 star but only because I have to, otherwise I would leave zero. I placed an order for almost $500.00 and returned over $200 worth of clothing, requesting a RETURN. I was notified by email that I was given a VOUCHER. I called to get the refund and was told that the finance department would contact me in 3-4 days to give me options. The return policy stated any products returned within 30 days was eligible for for refunds, I sent these items back the very next day. I will never shop with this company again, and I will be leaving reviews on every forum. The customer service for this company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. The lady constantly interrupted me and rudely dismissed me several times. She eventually ended up hanging up on me. Her name was Ollie? I really hope the call was recorded and this person was fired. She does NOT have the necessary skills to be dealing with the public.

Very poor quality - I bought a very pretty bathing suit, that fit me perfectly. I Cut all the tags off and Then noticed that the hem on the Bottom tankini was totally unraveled.

Bare necessities offers excellent prices, prompt, reasonably priced shipping and great communication. I have been purchasing from the site for 4 years on a bi-monthly basis and never experienced an issue. I recommend the site on a regular basis.
I love the selection of brands, the colors, styles, and that they have so many sizes! Getting bra's in my size has always been difficult and they carry many styles in my size that look nice and in many colors! I will always shop there and I will always recommend this place.

Although the bras were excellent I paid $15 dollars for next day delivery placing my order at 1pm on Wednesday did not receive the shipment until 3pm on Friday. Upon calling customer service I was told delays are expected with the covid-19. Never offered to give me a credit or refund. There is an old saying in retail. Anyone can get a new customer it's getting the repeat customer that builds your business. Well this is a 1 and done customer! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

I ordered a bra from here, a 34 band size on a wacoal strapless bra, and it shipped fast which was nice but then it definitely wasn't a 34 band size. I've been sized multiple times and I've always been a 34 in any other bras, so I could tell that this one was not a 34, it was probably around a 30/31. A bit frustrating, but now from other research I've now learned that it's not unheard of for strapless bras to vary on industry standard sizing. Unfortunately this still means I have to pay a 5$ return fee, when the fault is partially on the company for not mentioning that it runs very small on the band. I understand that they don't make the bras but in the bra world at least a mention of inconstancies is standard practice through a "sizing expert" or other reports from users. Anyway. It did ship fast and was on the easy side for check out, but bravissimo tells people about sizing inconsistencies and has free returns. I recommend anyone shopping for bras to check there first.
