I ordered a wedding dress and they deducted my card but doesn't show on my orders. pls. check and process.I emailed you how many times but no answer

I contacted you as soon as I received the dress I had ordered to find out how to return. I sent an email on 24/1/17 ( the day after I had received it) 27th ;28th;& 31st of 1/17 and am still waiting for the information I need to return the dress.
Placed an order today and couple of minutes later altered some measurements by sending a message thru website,,, will they get the message as I have had not respond?
How was the shopping at beformal.com.au? Is it trustworthy of a wedding dress?
