I have been Very Happy with Best Buy, I have purchase may Items, I-Mac, (iPad-My old one on longer is working,-yes I have to bring it in) a washer/dryer, and most recently on 8/11/15 a Mac Book Pro, never owning a lap top. But I must return it, it has to do with a medical issue I have with my hands, I must purchase an IPad instead, I even opened up a BB credit card.
So I purchased 8/11/15
I would have to return TONIGHT 9/10/15
I had no Idea of the 15 day return policy, but then found about the points, I have enough points to be an Elite with this purchase. Please tell me there still is hope? Thank you
All I can say is that you obviously have been very lucky. I was a dedicated customer for 25 years, however, I would do without before I ever spent another dime in a Best Buy!
