The workout plan is available in the BetterMe app. After users place the order we sent them an email with the detailed instructions on how to access.

After you register an account and log in you will see the workout program on the main tab. Our workouts are provided as detailed video instructions. You will be able to preview the full plan and view the exercises before you start.
