I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.

Tip for consumers:
Vet the restaurant you're ordering from. If you have an issue with the accuracy of your order, it's likely because of that.

I've had no issues ordering with them, no unexplained or double charges on my debit card, delivery drivers usually arrive on time, etc. I actually like this service more than most other food delivery services. The only thing I would change is that there is no way to track your order, so you're kind of in the dark for a bit. But if you choose a reputable restaurant with decent reviews, I don't think you'll have a problem.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. They have not paid us money owed for deliveries as far back as 2014 through 2016. It's less than $400 and they acknowledge they owe it, they just won't pay. You can't talk with anyone higher than a customer service person, who "escalates" a problem, but can't seem to resolve anything. Really quite disgusted.

Placed an order through this website and just a couple hours later had $3,200 removed from my bank account through fraud transactions... This was the only place I used my card.

Not sure how they got a hold of our google business page ownership but it's been 2 weeks now and they haven't done anything to remedy the situation. Hours of operation are incorrect so we're losing business and we've called them multiple times to no avail. Awful.

Ordered through from a local restaurant which has given me very good service over the years. After an hour, I called the restaurant. They had not received the order. I have tried contacting Beyond Menu by e-mail and phone and no response. The v-mail service never beeps to leave a message. I'm convinced that this business is a TOTAL scam and should not be used. Just read the other reviews.

Today my order is really late, I called them and the restaurants internet went down. Gave my name and number and they called me back a few minutes later telling me the delivery was on its way. Just pay cash whenever possible. Don't use your card and be worried you lost money If you can avoid it.

While we experience no fraud ( yet) the food we ordered was so bad as to be mostly inedible. As the BeyondMenu website had featured many four star ratings of this place, I was sure to leave a scathing 1 star review.
It was to all appearances, immediately deleted by the system. I was ripped off 100$ by being served horrific rancid food, and I was not even allowed to warn others about it.

BeyondMenu let us order from a store that was closed. After waiting 30 minutes past their "Guaranteed Delivery Time" I called to find out where our food was. The representative had to "check and call me back", basically to get told the store we ordered from over an hour ago is closed.

Within 15 minutes of signing up and paying for take-out chinese from a new restaurant near me, my card was compromised. I did not use the card anywhere else for quite awhile, so I know it was Beyond Menu. Plus I see all over the Internet tons of other complaints like this. They are definitely not PCI-compliant and do not meet security requirements for credit card processors. How do they get away with this!?
So I entered my card number to pay for $20 worth chinese food, and within 10 minutes someone(s) were trying to charge all sorts of merchandise all over the country using my card number.

I ordered inadvertently through Beyond Menu. The restaurant I was ordering from runs a sushi special where you buy one roll get one free. Beyond Menu charged me the full price for the food and would not adjust the payment. I don't know how I wound up in their site to order but it seems unscrupulous and sneaky. I am Out $40 because beyond menu refused to reimburse me for the cost of the overpayment after the promotion was taken into account. I learned my lesson the hard way but will never order anything via beyond menu again. BEWARE!

Ordered pick up food and noticed at home that items were missing and the rest of it was far from fresh. I don't see why I have to pay full price for an incomplete order so I tried to reach out to beyond menu. They emailed me back saying they tried to call me ( I don't see a missed call) and I needed to call the restaurant. This is not very helpful. I won't use them again

What very dishonest about beyond menu. Is they create websites without business owners approval. Then switch our pre-existing client websites in the Google business listings by doing a Google my business take over.
When we instructed them to place the clients original website back into the Google business listing. There response was the business owner has to make the request.
So the business owner called the next day to make the request herself. Then they told her. That she needs to talk to Google.
I find this practice not only dishonest but very annoying. They build Online Ordering websites with out permission or approval from clients.
Beyond Menu also purposefully removed all their own social media and business listing from th net. To reduce the ability for people to leave negative reviews.
What they fail to realize is that we are also a Marketing Company. We can create more listing giving people additional opportunity to share their experiences with Beyond Menu

I tried to make an order online and it said that my order didn't go through. But I received 5 emails after that saying there were multiple charges on my card within 2 minutes of me making the order of 2 different amounts, none of which matched up with the amount my order was. When I called for help the guy on the line was robotic and said he would help if I sent screenshots but it doesn't sound very convincing. Looking up other people's reviews of them selling your credit card information is disgusting and I'm angry I got involved in this just by trying to order food. Usually I'm a good judge of whether a website is reputable or not and I'm so angry.

It works fine for my local restaurant, but I pay upon pick up rather than provide my credit card. My one complaint (and one made last year on this site) is that virtually every time I order, I end up suddenly getting multiple spam emails from third parties. Very annoying! I will call in my orders next time and not use this site despite the convenience.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. After placing my order, and receiving confirmation that my payment was taken through Beyond Menu, I looked up the reviews. Then I started to get worried. Within a half hour (and while reading the horrible reviews) I received a call from the driver that he was here! My order is correct and was delivered in a timely manner. Will definitely not be so reluctant to use them from now on. Thanks for the great service because I was STARVING!

I was scared to use this because of so many comments stating its fraud... I ordered my food through this and it came within 45 minutes and my order was 100% correct... and to be honest you can have fraud just by ordering online from walmart lol hackers are everywhere...

I saw a lot of awful reviews on here, and got a bit worried. Then my food showed up! I ordered chinese food off the app. I got exactly what I ordered, within an hour, and the food was really hot. The delivery driver had less of a problem finding my apartment than local pizza places do. I will definitely use them again.

I've been using this site since 2011 to order pickup from a nearby Chinese food restaurant. In that time I've only had 2 issues. One seemed to be a miscommunication between BeyondMenu and the restaurant over whether I had paid or not and the other was my account got deleted a few years ago. One transaction issue in probably around 50. The only reason I don't still use it is the restaurant quit using it.

I use to order from here all the time. My orders usually took better 40-1hr and were always correct. Recent I've ordered and my order has been missed up and taken up to an hour and a half. No loner worth it. I'd rather make it myself and/or go to the store than risk my order being messed up and taking forever.

I use BM to place orders at any one of several places when I leave work and have never had a problem with a place not getting my order or not having it ready on time. I always pick up and pay@ the restaraunt and it's always worked great.

When we switched owners for our resturant we had contacted this company ahead of time. However our April payment was still delayed. When we had asked, we got the reply that it would at the most take about 2 months to gain the bank's approval. Which made no sense to us. However since we did just switched we gave them the 2 months. It's the middle of July and when we call, it's always the same reply. When we call now the calls are cut short or it doesn't get through. There almost seems to be no manager there at all. They also tell us to wait for a call back, a simple term for never. I really need to put this on a Google review where everyone can see this. Please Beware.
