on 8/7/15Bonanza sellers you can check if he or she has been active on his or her store it will show when the last ime he logged in it shows in his profile on the left top. Check his feedback to see if anyone else has gave him feedback this month.he or she is busy or never checks his bonanza account daily like other normal active selllrs do. All sepends who is the seller and how long he been selling on bonanza. There are many drop shippers and china sellers and it takes about 2 to 4 weeks for any international shipping to get to the U.S.A. it has to go through customs before they release it to the post office.if no respond you should file a complaint with your credit card company or bank.
Maybe he's just busy and will get the item. He could be a scam also. You alwats have protection threw paypal so you will get your money back if you file a claim if you don't get yoyr item.
Stay away from bonanza they'll rip you off with their ship scam items
I hope feds put them on jail
Good luck with that! I still havnt heard anything from bonanza or the seller concerning the issues I have. I have pretty much given up on that and just glad I didnt spend more.
You'll probably never get your item, trust me. I ordered mine July 1st. Tried to open a dispute with PayPal as my last resort and even they are ignoring me. I am one pissed off customer.
Bonanza sellers are usually things. See if you can get a refund adapt. There is a time limit to do so. These kinds of sellers use bonanza because they do not vet them.
Hi im a sellee on bonanza. 3 days is harfdky enough time v to allow fir shipping especially over the weekend. Bonanza isnt like ebay where usually you get a response right away. Go back on the site and look at his shipping terms. He might have longer times like ships in 2-5 business days and cvut of timez fir orders. For example orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day and you have to see what time zone he's in. Now if you check out that and the item should have been ahipoed do these 2 things 1st 1 contacr bonanza customer service and unfietunately they only have email help ni telephone help and they are pretty incompetant sorry to say but thus I ssue us pretty common so they should handle it to your satisfaction. 2ndly there is a tab on the left sise that says somerhing like create a case ir handle a case thar is where you would open a clasim duspute with Bonanza. They will contact the seller and either get him to ship along wuth an explinatiin as to why he didn't ship in a timely manner or refund your $ in full if they are unable to resolve the issue. They will also suspend thier account if thet feel he's violated policy. You also can go to you credit card company and fike a ckain to get your $ back. Now go back to bomanza and see how long he's beena member check to see uf he had prior sales and if so when was the last one. Bonanza usnt thst well kniwn of a site and one can go a long time without making a sale and ge seller could have forgotten about his account or gave up monitoring it. Also i bet if he's on Bonanza he will be on eBay too. You can try finding him in ebay contacting him there to let him know you bought something from him on Bonanza. I could almost guarantee that he will be surprised and apologetic and will get right on your order. You see its alit cheaper ti sell on Bonanza but the sales are far and few in-between. I'm pretty successful but i sell Five Nights at Freddy's plushies and at great prices so im prerry popular and becoming well known. But don't give up hope there are still some decent people and its more likely how I explained it is. Now a days people are quick to worry and get upset sometimes you just need more insight like I just gaveyou. Ill try and help you get aahold of him later today I'll do some investigating for you and respond back here OK let me know if you want my help. Have a good day. April owner of LombiesNThings on Bonanza, eBay and etsy!
Not responding to a customer is bad business in the true sense of the word. If he isn't getting back to you, unfortunately, it is not a good sign. Let him know that if you do not only hear from him, but receive the item/s you purchased, you will be contacting the Attorney General's office to file a complaint. Contact Bonanza and state the same. If you paid through pay pal, file a complaint with them. I strongly suggest you always read consumer reviews before you buy anything from anyone on line. You can't go wrong with Walmart.com and Amazon.com. Good luck to you.
Either a scammer or lazy jerk. I would give it one more day and then cancel.
