I purchased 2 rings and wasn't satisfied with product. On Jul 28th I returned both rings to the address that was given to me and also supplied a tracking # of RE004521174US I advised Bonanza this information and they assured me as soon as the merchandise was received I would get a refund. I have left SEVERAL MSGS only to get a response that they would get back to me. The order is under Elsie Greenich. I have checked my PayPal acct and nothing. Can you please check on this?
