RE: order #42051030 9 Months Wall Street Journal. ON 9/7/16 yu said my order will ship in three days. You also stated that I shall receive my paper around 9/15/616. On 9/9/16 you e-mailed me that I should allow about 6 weeks for delivery.
Why the 6 week wait? In the middle of October I shall no longer be at my CT address. My address will change to Florida. Ehat am I to do now?
