I purchased 2 rings and wasn't satisfied with product. on jul 28th i returned both rings to the address that was given to me and also supplied a tracking # of re004521174us i advised bonanza this information and they assured me as soon as the merchandise was received i would get a refund. i have left several msgs only to get a response that they would get back to me. the order is under elsie greenich. i have checked my paypal acct and nothing. can you please check on this?
