@ Michelle: Don't deal with them. Ever. Read reviews in trip advisor. There's almost no fakes in their site.
Now, airline companies sell their cheapest tickets directly. You may find cheaper tickets by mixing airlines. In this case, go to expedia, orbitz or any REPUTABLE agency.
If any problem arise, and this happens way more often than bookairfare and al. Would say, you're on your own. Airline companies wont deal either with you or the "agencies".
