When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.

I rate the Bradford Exchange a0 I have had nothing but problems ever Since November and it's still going on from the very first item I ordered was messed up I spent $128.00 I had ordered my grand children bolo bracelets they sent the wrong stuff I was guaranteed my grandbabies would have gotten their bracelets by Christmas they got them at the end of January my second order I spent $419.00 I mailed the check on 8 January still haven't got my three items my husband ordered me the mocha diamond ring when she looked beautiful online but once I got it it looks so cheap the stone was terrible it fell out maybe two weeks later the lady wanted to know If I wanted to order the same ring that was $211.67 no I didn't want to it was cheap looking and for the stone to fall out that quick it was a cheap ring so I ordered the hidden message ring I took the $211.67 and put it towards the hidden message ring. On January 13,2021 I called to check on it today and it said put on hold until payment which I paid them in full 178.99 as of today February 9,2021 still haven't received it I'll tell everybody like this this is a scam company fraud company there's no telling where your money goes where it's at or your items do not Trust this company they are awful customer service is awful as well as supervisors are all of you get nowhere with this company all I know is they like ripping people off
It doesn't matter if you talk to a supervisor or not, I've talked to 2 different ones female and male and nothing has been resolved. They have quality products it's a shame they feel the need to take advantage of people. Karma will get them, as many people as there screwing over, it's only a matter of time before the word gets out to enough people to make a difference. A would be so ashamed if I worked here I wouldn't be able to face people. Shame on you Bradford you use to have a integrity when I ordered I knew it was going to be a great product, but because of your shenanigan's I can't trust you any longer. I would still like my money back that you owe me, if your reading this.
Don't bother purchasing anything from here whether you get it or not, if you have a problem with it your stuck eating it. Just saying they may have some good reviews but be sure to look at bad ones before you make a purchase with this company. I've done everything I know to do to get this resolved, now maybe just maybe someone higher up get this and resolve my problem. I can hope.
