on 7/20/20I rate the Bradford Exchange a0 I have had nothing but problems ever Since November and it's still going on from the very first item I ordered was messed up I spent $128.00 I had ordered my grand children bolo bracelets they sent the wrong stuff I was guaranteed my grandbabies would have gotten their bracelets by Christmas they got them at the end of January my second order I spent $419.00 I mailed the check on 8 January still haven't got my three items my husband ordered me the mocha diamond ring when she looked beautiful online but once I got it it looks so cheap the stone was terrible it fell out maybe two weeks later the lady wanted to know If I wanted to order the same ring that was $211.67 no I didn't want to it was cheap looking and for the stone to fall out that quick it was a cheap ring so I ordered the hidden message ring I took the $211.67 and put it towards the hidden message ring. On January 13,2021 I called to check on it today and it said put on hold until payment which I paid them in full 178.99 as of today February 9,2021 still haven't received it I'll tell everybody like this this is a scam company fraud company there's no telling where your money goes where it's at or your items do not Trust this company they are awful customer service is awful as well as supervisors are all of you get nowhere with this company all I know is they like ripping people off
